Plan ahead: Another important job that you have as a leader is to make sure that you keep your team organized. Hold meetings on a regular basis to make sure that everyone on your team is on the same page in terms of goals and when you are hoping to accomplish them.

Communicate: Always make sure to communicate with your team. If you can do this face-to-face, even better.
